Research & Development Advisor
Mr. Doshi has over 15 years of institutional real estate experience across Greater China and Southeast Asia, built within the Warburg Pincus real estate ecosystem. He joined NWP Property in December 2015 and leads the company’s Research & Development Advisory, and ESG functions. He directs the platform’s sustainability agenda, including NWP’s sustainability-linked financing. Before joining NWP Property, Mr. Doshi was with CDG Retail Management in Shanghai for about 5 years, where he worked on retail real estate development research, asset repositioning and portfolio strategy. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and speaks English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
