The Park Semarang is a landmark 90,000 sqm institutional grade mixed-used development comprising the largest retail mall in Semarang and a flagship international 4 star hotel that is currently under construction and set to open in September 2020.

The Park Semarang is a joint venture between NWP Retail, which owns and operates 14 retail developments across Indonesia, and PT. Putra Wahid Land, a strong and experienced local developer and co-owner of Cibinong City Mall in Bogor.
The Park Semarang is located on Jalan Madokoro Raya, a 2×2 road that is only a 10-minute drivetime from the city center and which serves as main thoroughfare to and from the newly opened Ahmad Yani Airport.
